Monday Bets
3:00 Glenluji @ Ayr - Course and distance winner with 2 wins and a place so far this year.Has been running in this grade and beat top weight San Silvestro when winning at Musselburgh at the end of last month. The jockey that day was Paul Hanagan and hes back in the saddle today preffering this horse to Richard Faheys Ella Grace.Hanagan is in the form of his life and has a 19% strike rate on the turf this year.Should be involved in the finish.
3:30 Crocodile Bay @ Ayr - Won at this distance this year at Hamilton winning by over a length. Also won a 7 furlong race at Wolverhampton at the beginning of the month by just under 3 lengths and todays jockey Paul Eddery was onboard for the last 3 rides so should know how to handle the horse.
4:30 Captain Dunne @ Ayr - Has won 2 and been placed in 4 races over the last year from 13 runs. Was just caught on the line by Blue Jack LTO in a good race @ Chester.Jocket Phillip Makin hasn't been on the horse before but does have good form on Scottish tracks.Trainer Tim Easterby is in good form and has an 18% strike rate with 4 year olds.
5:00 River Falcon @ Ayr - Has been running in better races than todays one and hasn't won in nearly 3 years but the drop into this grade could see it win.Is usually held up for a late run and goes well on todays ground.Another horse with the Hanagan/Goldie combination and likely to get involved and a good E/W at 9/1
Good luck everyone
