Glorious Goodwood Comp - Day Three (Thurs)

DAY THREE:

SELECTIONS

Please select one horse from each of the races and post on this thread.

You need to highlight a NAP and a NB from your selections for bonus points.

DAILY SCORING

Simply, if there are 13 horses in the race and yours comes last you earn 1pt. If it wins you score 18pts (13pts plus a 5pt bonus). Any races with less than 10 runners the last horse home scores 1pt and a point is added for each place ahead of this. Dead Heats get the points for the higher place.

NAP's score treble points and NB's score double points but only if they come 1st/2nd/3rd/4th according to number of runners.

Non-Runners are replaced with the SP Fav however if your NAP or NB is a Non-Runner you do NOT score any bonus points. (Jt Favs Lowest racecard Number)

Fallers, Unseated Riders, Run Outs or Pulled Up's score 0pts.

OVERALL SCORING

A Leaderboard will be posted daily to show where you are in the overall competition. Simply, if there are 13 entrants in the Competition and you comes last that day you earn 1pt. If you come 1st you score 18pts (13pts plus a 5pt bonus for winning a Leg in the 5 day comp). Dead Heats get the points for the higher place.

JOKERS

Finally, before the Comp starts you will be asked to nominate one day as your JOKER. Any points you score from the daily placings are doubled for that day (For The Weekly Leaderboard Only). Anyone that doesnt inform of their JOKER prior to the 2.00pm cut off on Day Three will not score double points any day during the comp.
